 | There is NO smoking or vaping permitted inside of the property. Smoking may take place outside with smoking receptacles provide for the extinguishing of cigarettes located on the courtyard. |
 | A Dry powder extinguisher is located on the wall in the kitchen.
Please familiarise yourself with the operation of this instructions for use are on the extinguisher. Dry powder fire extinguishers are extremely versatile and can be used on fires in Class A, B or C - those involving flammable liquids, electrical fires, or burning materials like wood or paper. |
 | A fire blanket is located in the kitchen
Please familiarise yourself with the operation of this instructions for use are on the fire blanket. Fire blankets are used to extinguish fires in the kitchen (cooking oil, saucepans, frying pans, waste bins, etc.) and clothing fires. Covering with a fire blanket cuts the supply of oxygen to the contents of a pan or a person's clothing . |
 | A smoke alarm and a heat detector have been installed in the property, each devices incorporates a means of detecting a fire and giving a warning (alarm), in a very loud beeping sound. |
 | On arrival please make yourself familiar with the layout of the property and how you would escape in the case of a fire. Exit from the property can be achieved by the main door which is inward opening located at the side of the building. Sliding patio doors are located in the Master bedroom which gives access to the garden and fresh air. Keys are provided to all exits. Bedroom windows are fully opening which also allow exit. |
 | Torches are located in each bedroom in one of the bedside tables. These are to be used in case of an electrical failure at night. Please refrain from using these unless they are needed in an emergency. |
 | A first aid kit is provided and located in the kitchen cupboard. |
 | A small quantity of household cleaning products are stored and located in the kitchen cupboard above the oven. Prior to use always read the warning label and follow the instructions. These are placed out of reach of small children, and it is requested that if used, please return to their original stowage. |
  | Bins are provided in the property for domestic waste with wheelie bins located behind the garage for these to be emptied into. These are then emptied weekly. Guests are requested to refrain from any build up of waste in the property. |
