*Breakage deposit will only be deducted from if intentional rule breaking has occurred (Over occupancy, pets on site, smoking indoors, etc) or damage which is beyond reasonable wear. Accidents do happen, we don’t deduct from the deposit for a broken glass, dropped plate etc. Little things, we just ask you to let us know so we can replace them in time for our next guests, as we would have done for you.
