Lounge
The bright airy living space is perfect for relaxing during your stay. The space comprises of 2 large, comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table, 55″ Tv, DAB radio and black out curtains/blinds throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. A full size fridge/freezer, Oven/grill, hob, microwave/grill/combi oven, slow cooker, washing machine and full size dishwasher.
King suite
The main bedroom is a spacious room including a king size bed, an en-suite with walk in full length shower, and patio doors leading to the private rear garden. A 32″ television is provided in both bedrooms. A large wardrobe, tall set of drawers and bedside tables offer ample storage space. A full length mirror and large dressing table are also provided. Both the patio doors and windows benefit from blackout curtains.
Twin room
The second bedroom has views out to the private courtyard. It comprises of 2 full size single beds, a 32″ television, bedside table and a large wardrobe for storage. A high chair and ironing board can be found tucked beside the wardrobe out of view.
Family bathroom
A beautiful roll top bath is the highlight of this bathroom. A perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the coast. The bath also includes a shower head attachment and a discreet grab rail on the wall. Heated full length towel rails and black out blinds are fitted in both bathrooms as standard.
Bathroom 2/ En-suite
The en-suite bathroom benefits from a stunning full length walk in shower. Heated full length towel rails and black out blinds are fitted in both bathrooms as standard.
Outside
The property benefits from private off road parking for up to 3 cars. Enter through the side gate onto a small paved area to access the front door. Enter through the next gate to find the beautiful paved courtyard. Lighting and flower beds really bring this area together and make for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some alfresco dining. A further gate will lead you to the main garden (Also accessible via the main bedroom patio doors). This garden includes a beautiful flower bed, a rockery beach area, a lawn and your very own beach hut! All of our outside areas are private and fully enclosed.
